The Tax Advice Division within HLB Sefico was created in 1925.

A team of university-level lawyers-tax consultants, each one of them expert in a given discipline, offers the following services to businesses and private clients:

• tax guidance, optimisation, and planning;
• tax studies of legal structures in function of their fiscal consequences;
• performing tax audits:
• drawing up tax declarations, notices of objection, assisting the client in his contacts with the Tax Office and with tax audits ;
• special transactions such as restructuring, dissolutions, mergers and splits, take-overs, succession planning, …
• advisories with reference to transfer pricing, direct taxation, VAT, succession and registration duties.
